  • How can I make a reservation for the installation?

    To schedule an installation appointment, please add our official LINE customer service account (@valasvm) and provide your vehicle make and year information. Our staff will assist you in arranging the installation time online.
  • Where is your installation location?

    We offers online appointment scheduling for installation, and the available installation locations are as follows:Songshan, Taipei / Zhongli, Taoyuan /Daya,  Taichung / Shuishang, Chiayi / Rende, Tainan / Qianjin, Kaohsiung.
  • I have a product, can I have it installed by Moorechip?

    If you require installation services, please provide the product type, model, and details about your vehicle's type and year to our customer service for a quotation. Official customer service LINE: @valasvm.
  • Is there a physical store where I can view the products?
